The mission of the First Baptist Church Children’s Ministries is to come alongside Christian parents who have been tasked with the high and holy calling of evangelizing and discipling their children (Ephesians 6:1-4, Deuteronomy 6:6-9, Proverbs 22:6).
In our Children's Ministries we desire to present the gospel clearly in an age-appropriate manner, to help children grow in knowledge, obedience, and accountability to Christ, to encourage Christ-centered friendships among students, and to have fun!
During the 9:30am Sunday School hour we offer various Sunday School classes for your children as well as a nursery. We also offer a fully staffed nursery and children’s church class during the 10:30am Worship Service. Nursery is provided during the 6pm Family Bible Hour as well.
In addition to these ministries our church family is pleased to offer an AWANA program. Awana takes place every Tuesday night from 6:30pm-8:00pm. Our congregation also has a children’s choir and various other family friendly activities that occur throughout the year.
